We are ending the month with cooler weather, but we have been blessed with a few warm days and fresh blooms as we enter Spring! We are excited about the new season and, hopefully, new inventory! Currently, there are 12 lakefront properties for sale on all three lakes compared to only 3 in 2022. 

We have an abundance of buyers still looking for a lake home to enjoy this summer. Even though inventory has increased, it is still a strong seller’s market! If you are considering selling, don’t hesitate to contact us for a detailed market analysis of your home.
