While we are grateful for the new listings we have seen in 2023, we are still in a critical shortage to meet demand as we get closer to summer. So far this year, we have seen ten new listings on Lake Burton, two on Lake Rabun, and zero on Seed Lake. However, with seven sold and four pending sales, our inventory is still shrinking.

If you are new to the lake, you can join your lake association to stay informed on local events throughout the year. There are many fun events planned that you will want to attend!
