With the drastic temperature changes that we have experienced this month, it is safe to say that we are all looking forward to spring! We are in a slight lull, like most real estate markets nationwide. Fortunately, the desire for a lake home away from the congestion of Atlanta remains strong! There are currently 9 lake properties for sale on all 3 lakes, compared to 10 last year.
