We have been blessed with wonderful weather, fresh blooms, and longer days as we enter into the Spring season. We continue to hope that with the new season we will see new inventory! There are currently 10 lakefront homes on the market which is slightly lower than the 12 homes that were available this time last year. 

We have an abundance of buyers still looking for a lake home to enjoy this summer. As inventory continues to be very tight, it is still a strong seller’s market! We are hoping that the spring will bring out a few additional listings. At the moment, we are in the process of finalizing a new listing on Lake Rabun.
