July 2023 Sales Update

Welcome to the dog days of summer! Take a break from the intense heat and check out some locally owned businesses and restaurants in downtown Clayton and downtown Lakemont. So many new and exciting things are happening in our area! Max’s on Lake Rabun is scheduled to open this week. 

Despite the heat and rain storms, we are still ahead of where we were last year regarding lake sales. This time last year, a total of 13 homes had sold on all three lakes, compared to the 18 that have sold so far this year. The Lake Team has sold seven lake homes this year, with another four pending sale. 

One year ago, 16 properties were for sale on our three lakes. Currently, there are only nine properties for sale. We have the buyers but need the inventory! We would love to meet with you and provide a detailed market analysis of your lake or mountain home.
