We remain reminded that spring is right around the corner with the beautiful weather we have enjoyed the past few weeks. The warmer days have produced a handful of new listings on Lake Burton and Lake Rabun. While inventory is still low, seeing some changes in this competitive market is refreshing! Currently, there are 11 lakefront properties for sale on all three lakes as compared to only three at this time in 2022. 

We have an abundance of buyers still looking for a lake home to enjoy this summer. Even though inventory has slightly increased, it is still a strong seller’s market! If you are considering selling, don’t hesitate to contact us for a detailed market analysis of your home.
