• 89 lake homes sold in 2018 representing a 44% increase over 2017. This is the largest increase that we have seen in the recent history of the lakes.
• Harry Norman Realtors Luxury Lake and Mountain listed 69% of the sold homes and worked with 58% of the buyers, while our closest competitor, listed 13% of the sold homes and worked with 11% of the buyers. 
• The Lake Team closed more lake home listings in 2018 than any other agent.
• The Lake Team worked with more successful lake home buyers in 2018 than any other agent.
