2024 has an extra day for you to jump into the vibrant Rabun County lake market! So far this year, there are 6 new lakefront listings, which is almost exactly where we were this time last year. We are optimistic that we will continue to see new listings as we get closer to spring.
We do have a NEW LISTING on Lake Rabun with five bedrooms in an excellent location and another one coming soon. However, the lake market inventory remains at a historic low level, making it the best time to consider selling your home.
