FALL CONTINUES
The lake inventory continues to fall. Last month there were 12 active listings on all three lakes. Today there are only 9.
Even though some buyers are taking a pause from looking, it remains a seller’s market.
As we approach the season of Thanksgiving, we again want to thank all of our past and present sellers and buyers for another great year in the Rabun County lake market. Our wishes to all for the genuine spirit of Thanksgiving.
