August 2023 Sales Update

The oppressive heat and hurricane threats are behind us and we can now immerse ourselves in the beautiful cooling waters of our lakes.
The frenzy to own a home in Rabun County continues through the end of the summer. One year ago, there were 13 lakefront properties for sale in Rabun County. Today, there are only 8 properties for sale on all three lakes! Lakefront properties that are currently available range from $550,000 – $6,200,000. We are grateful for our Buyers and Sellers selecting us to represent them. We have closed on 13 properties this year and have two more lake homes pending sale with four more months to go!
