Summer at the lake officially kicked off last weekend, and we are excited for the 2023 season! Stay connected with your lake association so you do not miss the fun events this summer.
So far this year, we have seen 12 new listings on Lake Burton, 3 on Lake Rabun, and 0 on Seed Lake. However, with 12 sold and 3 pending sales, our inventory is still shrinking. This time last year we had 5 new listings on Lake Burton, 7 on Lake Rabun, and 0 on Seed Lake.
We still have an abundance of buyers looking to purchase a lake home to enjoy this season, and it is still an unbelievable seller’s market! We would love to meet with you and provide a detailed market analysis of your lake or mountain home.
