February 2022 Sales Update

It is likely that the only record that will be broken in 2022 for Lake Sales is the lowest number sold in one year! A stark contrast from the inventory-depleting years of 2020 and 2021 where records were shattered.
Without sounding too much like a broken record, we have many buyers wanting a piece of the Rabun county life and we need many more homes to sell.
