Dog Days of Summer
Welcome to the dog days of summer! Despite the heat and rain, sale activity has been brisk. There are currently five lake homes under contract, and The Lake Team is either representing the buyer or the seller in each of these transactions.
A year ago, 40 lake properties had sold, 9 were pending sale, and 10 were for sale.
So far in 2022, 13 properties have sold, 5 are pending sale, and 16 are for sale.
We hate to sound like a broken record, but if you are at all thinking of selling, this is still a seller’s market. The prices and demand are in the seller’s favor. We would love the opportunity to meet with you and discuss the value of your home.
