April 2022 Sales Update

Two years ago today , there were 84 properties for sale on our three lakes. One year ago, there were 14 properties for sale on our three lakes. Now there are only 5 properties for sale, ranging from a vacant lot priced at $749,000 to a $4.999m home on Rabun.
If you are contemplating selling, this is an unbelievable seller’s market. We would love the opportunity to meet with you and discuss the value of your home.
We have moved into our new office in Lakemont and plan to hold an open house and art show there sometime this summer. We hope to see you soon as the summer is coming fast.
