January 2022 Sales Update

Last month, we were wishing for snow and more inventory. The snow and ice came in abundance and lingered causing power outages and downed trees throughout Rabun County. Now that the snow has melted and the jonquils are popping up, we are seeing some inventory also spring up. Just yesterday, we listed two new properties on Lake Rabun that we are very excited about.
