December 2022 Sales Update

2022 has finally arrived and we are very excited about this year, even though we are starting off with a major hurdle to overcome.
While 2020 and 2021 saw sales records being set, we begin 2022 with a new record…..there are no lake homes for sale on any of the Rabun County Lakes! Almost 200 properties sold in the past two years, a record that may never be surpassed, particularly given the lack of inventory.
As we have said many times before, if you are considering selling your property, this is possibly the best time ever. Please call or email us for a market analysis of your property. You might be very surprised at the value of your home.
Over the last few years we all have endured different struggles but through it all, we have hopefully gotten wiser, certainly gotten stronger, and have learned what we truly value. While there is so much out of our hands, there is much we can control.Together let us move forward into 2022 with a sense of humor, kindness, authenticity, and make a positive impact. We’ve got this!
On a personal level, the lake community recently lost Coach Dan Reeves, one of the kindest gentlemen that I have had the pleasure of being acquainted with on Lake Rabun. It is with a sincere wish that his family is comforted in all respects as they mourn his passing.
