September 2021 Sales Update

The fall season is upon us, and the leaves are beginning to drop from the beautiful trees. With the risk of sounding repetitive, we say once again that the lake market inventory of properties is at the lowest point in the last 20 or more years. It is a seller’s market and an ideal time to sell if you are considering a change of venue. Historically as the lake is drawn down, sales continue to slow. This year with the lake market almost depleted, the fall and winter will be even slower.
The Lake Team would like to take this time to express our gratefulness to all our buyers, sellers, fellow agents, and the many people that we have come in contact with in the past 18 months. The pandemic seems to be slowly receding, but it has left many unresolved issues in its wake. Hopefully, we as a nation will continue to be patient and kind to one another.
