July 2021 Sales Update

Welcome to the dog days of summer! The Lake Team mascot, Fred, is helping us look for underused lake homes to help fill the void of inventory created by the pandemic. One year ago today, there were 43 properties for sale on all three lakes. Today there are only 10 for sale. Fortunately for our buyers, we are seeing several owners assessing the value of their homes and their usage and some new options are trickling onto the market. Our last two Lake Rabun listings were under contract in a matter of days with multiple offers.
We hate to sound like a broken record, but if you are at all thinking of selling, this is an unbelievable seller’s market. The prices and demand are in the sellers favor. We would love the opportunity to meet with you and discuss the value of your home.
