Happy Independence Day 2021 — our country has now been independent of Great Britain for 245 years! Today, more than ever before, we are hopeful for our future. Our country has been through a lot in the last few years. We celebrate our freedom!
We hope everyone is enjoying this summer and boating responsibly. It’s going to be busy out there!
One year ago today, there were 60 properties for sale on all three lakes. Today there are only 12 for sale. Fortunately for our buyers, we are seeing several owners assessing the value of their homes and their usage and some new options are trickling onto the market.
