April 2021 Sales Update

MAYDAY! MAYDAY! There are VERY few lake homes for sale!
One year ago today, there were 84 properties for sale on our three lakes. Today there are only 14 for sale — down from 18 a month ago. Of these 14 properties, only five are waterfront homes in move-in condition with boathouses. The remaining nine properties are either land lots, lake access homes, or are in need of substantial work.
