March 2021 Sales Update

A year ago, we sent out our first pandemic email. At that time, there were 83 properties for sale and the sales activity was quiet. On April 1, 2021, there are only 18 properties for sale on all three lakes! No fooling!!!
Of these 18, only about half are ready to use, with the others needing substantial renovations or a new build. Like hunting for easter eggs, lake home buyers will have a tough time finding a home this spring. However, lake home sellers are in the best position in the past 15 plus years. Give us a call if you are considering selling and we will gladly weigh in on your property’s value. You might be surprised.
We can all find a degree of hope now that the vaccine has arrived and there is a definite light at the end of the tunnel. Please continue to be careful
