LAKE BURTON
One year ago, four homes had sold and five more were under contract on Lake Buton. For 2021 there are four homes pending sale and three sales completed.

LAKE RABUN
There are 2 properties under contract on Lake Rabun — both are home sites. If you ride around Lake Rabun, there are several homes under construction. The majority of these are owned by long-time Lake Rabun devotees that are looking to spend more time at the lake.
Our inventory is historically low. We count only four homes for sale that are “move-in” ready! We do have a few quiet listings that would be great options for someone wanting to get on the lake or to upgrade to a better location.
We have been fortunate to be able to list The Barn Inn for sale. The history behind this property is super interesting and provides a glimpse of “old Lake Rabun”. Now for sale as a private residence or a potential event/wedding space.
