September Sales Update

2020 continues to be a challenge to all of us in so many ways. Fortunately, the beauty of Rabun County comforts us, and apparently, many others. Sales of all price range and size continue to skyrocket.
Ninety-five homes lake have sold so far — and another 25 are under contract. At this point in 2019, 41 homes had sold, and 15 were under contract.
The Lake Team has sold 19 lake homes this year, and we have reached a new milestone, having now sold 200 lake homes. We also have another ten under contract! Of these, several weren’t on the market. We have a couple of others that aren’t officially for sale, and a few that we will be bringing to the market shortly. However, inventory is meager. If you have ever thought about selling, we have buyers lining up to buy your home.
