2018 Lake Sales Break Records

As we end 2018 and launch into 2019, we want to say a big THANK YOU to all of our Sellers and Buyers. 2018 was the best year for Rabun County lake sales, Harry Norman Realtors Luxury Lake and Mountain, and The Lake Team!

89 lake homes sold in 2018 representing a 44% increase over 2017. This is the largest increase that we have seen in the recent history of the lakes.

Harry Norman Realtors Luxury Lake and Mountain listed 69% of the sold homes and worked with 58% of the buyers, while our closest competitor, listed 13% of the sold homes and worked with 11% of the buyers.
